A Realme executive revealed that the brand is planning to introduce huge design adjustments in its upcoming Realme GT 8 series.
Realme Vice President and President of Global Product Line Wang Wei shared the news, noting that the company always aims to “exceed everyone’s expectations.”
According to the executive, the look of the GT 7 series successor will be “greatly” improved, since the design is one of the main selling points of its products. While no specific details were shared, he promised that “there will definitely be surprises,” and hinted that the brand will target the youth in the GT 8 series. As per earlier leaks, the Realme GT 8 Pro will have an 8000mAh battery and huge upgrades, but will be priced higher.
The news came amid the growing design innovations among smartphone brands in China. To recall, in addition to Realme’s distinctive back panel designs (glow-in-the-dark and temperature-sensitive panels), some models now have RGB lighting. Soon, we will also welcome Oppo’s K13 Turbo series, which sports a built-in fan with a high water protection rating.
