Clip leak shows iQOO 15’s color-changing design

A new leak shows that the upcoming iQOO 15’s back panel can actually change color.

Vivo is already preparing the iQOO 15 series, which rumors say could launch next month. Ahead of its arrival, we are hearing several leaks about the vanilla iQOO 15.

We earlier saw it through a leaked photo. Although its upper portion was concealed, and we couldn’t see its camera island design, the image showed its silver back panel with some splashes of red.

Now, in a new leak circulating online, it has been revealed that the said colorway can actually change colors. Depending on the angle, the back panel can be in a full silver colorway or with some hints of red.

Current speculations say that the phone could face a price hike due to the upgrades the brand is introducing. One includes its camera department, which is now rumored to be getting a periscope unit that its predecessor is missing. Moreover, the phone is said to feature the “most expensive” 2K Samsung flat display, which has “a hardware quality comparable to the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s.” The phone is also expected to arrive with wireless charging support. To this end, reputable leaker Digital Chat Station underscored that the prices of these components are high.

According to earlier reports, the phone could arrive with the following:

  • Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5
  • 16GB max RAM
  • 1TB max storage
  • 6.8″ flat 2K Samsung AMOLED with ultrasonic fingerprint scanner
  • 50MP 1/1.5″ main camera
  • 50MP periscope

  • Wireless charging support
