A new leak provides more details about the upcoming OnePlus Ace 6 model.
The OnePlus model is expected to arrive this October, albeit it will be alone as the Pro variant has been canceled. Amid the wait, tipster Digital Chat Station shared the RAM, storage, and color options for the phone.
According to DCS, the upcoming Ace model is available in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB. Its colorways reportedly include Black, Quick Silver, and Flash White.
The account also shared the phone’s other specifications. However, unlike earlier reports, the Ace 6 model is said to be coming with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip instead of the earlier rumored Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip. Meanwhile, after earlier teasing its battery, DCS has finally specified that it houses a huge 7800mAh cell with 120W charging support. Despite the huge battery, the tip says that it only weighs 214g.
The tipster also echoed earlier claims that the OnePlus Ace 6 will indeed have a 165Hz refresh rate for its 1.5K display. As per earlier leaks, it is a 6.83″ flat OLED with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The phone is also expected to be armed with an IP68 rating.
