Honor 500 Pro camera specifications tipped

Details of the upcoming Honor 500 Pro’s camera department have emerged online, revealing its trio of rear camera lenses.

The Honor 500 and Honor 500 Pro are now available for pre-order in China. While the brand has already revealed the designs, colors, and configurations of the phones, it remains secretive about their specifications.

A new tip, nonetheless, revealed the camera specifics of the Pro model. According to the leak, the phone will feature a 200MP Samsung HP3 main camera, a 12MP 117° ultrawide, and a 50MP Sony IMX858 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

According to earlier reports, the Pro model will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, along with a configuration of up to 16GB/1TB, a self-developed C1+ RF enhancement chip, and an E2 energy efficiency enhancement chip. The phone is also said to feature a 6.55″ flat 2736x264px 120Hz display, which will be complemented by a metal frame and an in-display 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Moreover, from the optical fingerprint scanner in the Honor 400 Pro, the new Pro model is said to be getting an ultrasonic sensor this time. The phone will also feature a massive 8000mAh battery, similar to its vanilla sibling, which is getting a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and a 6.55″ 1.5K 120Hz OLED.

The vanilla model is coming in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB configurations. Its colors, on the other hand, include Moonlight Silver, Obsidian Black, Starlight Powder, and Aquamarine. The Pro model, meanwhile, is available in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB options. Its colorways include Moonlight Silver, Obsidian Black, Starlight Powder, and Aquamarine.
