According to a new leak, Xiaomi will announce the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro in February 2026.
The Chinese giant is reportedly already preparing the Turbo 5 series, as indicated by earlier rumors. In a new tip shared online, Digital Chat Station claimed that the phone would be official before the Spring Festival, which falls in February.
The tipster also suggested that the phone will be aggressively priced, offering a flagship SoC despite its price range. However, DCS noted that the phone doesn’t have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor.
In addition to a powerful chip, the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro is also reportedly coming with a 9000mAh battery, a 100W charging speed, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and full water resistance.
To recall, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro arrived in China with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, a 6.83” 120Hz OLED with 2772x1280px resolution and an optical fingerprint scanner, a 50MP main camera, a 20MP selfie camera, a 7550mAh battery, 90W wired charging, and an
IP68 rating.
According to reports, the vanilla Turbo 5 will also be as impressive as the Pro model. It is reportedly equipped with a massive battery capacity of over 9000mAh. It is also rumored to feature 100W charging, a flat 1.5K LTPS display with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, metal side frames, an 8.5mm thickness, and full waterproof protection.
