The Google Pixel 10a is finally here. As noted in earlier reports, though, it is almost similar to its predecessor.
It is not entirely the same as the Google Pixel 9a, as the search giant still introduced some improvements in the new budget Pixel model. To start, more recycled material is now used to produce the phone. It also features the newer Android 16 OS with new features, a stronger Gorilla Glass 7i layer, a more repairable body, and a faster 30W charging speed.
In other areas, the phone remains the same, including its Tensor G4 chip, 5100mAh battery, 48MP main camera, and more. Other highlights of the phone include its VPN by Google, several camera features (Night Sight, Astrophotography, Portrait Mode, Face Unblur, and more), editing features (Portrait blur, Magic Eraser, Best Take, Photo Unblur, and more),4K video recording at 60fps max, video features (Audio Magic Eraser, Macro Focus Video, Cinematic Pan, and more), Wind noise reduction, Gemini Nano, Gemini Live, seven years of OS, Emergency SOS, Car Crash Detection, and more.
Interested buyers can now place their pre-orders for the phone. But it will be available on March 6. In India, it costs ₹50,000, which is the same base price the Pixel 9a launched with last year.
