Huawei Nova 15 Max design, colors, specs, May 7 debut confirmed

Huawei has finally confirmed the next model it will add to the Nova series—the Huawei Nova 15 Max.

Last week, the Chinese giant announced that it would hold a global launch event in Bangkok on May 7. One of the devices teased was an unnamed phone, which is now revealed as the Nova 15 Max. 

The phone features an improved design, with a new, large circular camera island positioned at the upper center of the back panel. Its front sports a flat display with thin bezels and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Huawei also shared that it will be available in pink, blue, and black. 

The announcement also reveals the phone’s other specifications, including an 8500mAh battery, a 50MP RYYB rear camera, and stereo speakers.

It is believed to be a rebadged Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max model, which is already in China, offering the following details:

  • 128GB (CN¥1,699), 256GB (CN¥1,999), and 512GB (CN¥2,399) storage 
  • 6.84” 2756 × 1272px 120Hz OLED

  • HarmonyOS 6.0

  • Side-mounted fingerprint scanner
