Oppo Reno 16 series design, colors, configs revealed

Oppo confirmed several details about the Oppo Reno 16 and Oppo Reno 16 Pro ahead of their launch on May 25 in China.

The phones are now available for pre-order. In line with this, the company has finally published the official photos of the phones, which both share the same design.

According to Oppo, the vanilla model is available in  Heartbeat Star, Galaxy Purple, and Midnight Black, with configurations including 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB.

Meanwhile, the Pro model also comes in the same colors, except for the Galaxy Purple, which is replaced with Dream Blue. As for its configurations, it will be offered in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB.

Both the standard and Pro models reportedly have a metal frame and, interestingly, the same rear camera system, which features a 200MP HP5 main camera, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto. The standard model is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8550 chip, while the Pro is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s. As per rumors, the Oppo Reno 16 Pro will start at CNY4,000.
