The Redmi Turbo 5 has finally infiltrated the Indian market, starting at ₹37,999 ($402).

The Redmi model was first unveiled in China in January. Now, the same phone has been introduced in India.
As usual, the Indian variant of the phone comes with a slightly smaller 7,540mAh battery (vs. 7,560mAh in China). In other sections, it is identical to the variant in the Chinese market.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra chip. It also features a 50MP OIS main camera and multiple protection ratings (IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K). Its other highlights include the Redmi 3D Ice Loop Cooling System, 100W wired and 27W wired reverse charging, 4 years of OS upgrades, and 6 years of security support.
The phone is available in Asphalt Black, Nitro Blue, and Turbo White. Its configurations include 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB, priced at ₹37,999 ($402) and ₹40,999 ($434), respectively.
