The Vivo X300 FE is reportedly getting a new variant, giving consumers a cheaper option in India. However, it is not all good news for the model as its current configurations have seen a price hike over the weekend.
The Vivo model comes in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB configurations, offered at ₹79,999 and ₹89,999, respectively, at its launch in May. From their respective prices of ₹86,999 and ₹96,999 last week, the listing now shows that the configuration prices have been increased to ₹89,999 and ₹99,999, respectively. This translates to a ₹3,000 ($31) price increase for both model configurations.
Interestingly, tipster Sanju Choudhary says the brand will soon introduce an 8GB/256GB variant for ₹84,999. This gives buyers a more affordable option after the hike, but it is important to note that the variant has a drastic reduction in memory.
As for its specs, we expect the upcoming 8GB/256GB configuration to offer the same details as the other variants, such as:
- Snapdragon 8 Gen 5
- LPDDR5X Ultra RAM
- UFS 4.1 storage
- 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB
