A new tip has revealed the alleged launch timeline of the vanilla Xiaomi 18 model.
Earlier reports suggested that the next Xiaomi flagship series would launch in September. However, speculations claim that the Pro models will be introduced earlier than the standard model.
Now, Digital Chat Station has reiterated this, saying that the Pro series will indeed arrive first (likely in September). Meanwhile, the base model is reportedly scheduled for a December launch.
DCS also hinted that the Xiaomi 18 has a 2nm Snapdragon flagship chip (Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6), a flagship display, two 200MP cameras, and a huge battery (allegedly around 7200mAh). According to earlier reports, the vanilla model is rumored to feature a larger, flat 6.4-inch display. It is said to offer a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, ultra-narrow bezels, and 2K resolution.
