HMD has unveiled a new device for parents who want to stay connected with their children without the unnecessary smartphone distractions. Here’s the HMD 105 4G School Edition.
The new model is pretty much a basic feature phone. However, unlike the previous devices we saw from HMD, it doesn’t offer entertainment features such as a web browser and the Snake game. Kids, nonetheless, can still make calls and send texts.

What makes it ideal for parents is its control features. It has a PIN protection feature and can be used to deactivate functions like MMS, Bluetooth 5.0, radio, and more.
Other details of the phone include 64MB of RAM, 128MB of storage, storage expansion up to 32GB via a microSD, a 2.4″ 240×320px display, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a removable 1450mAh battery, an IP54 rating, and Cyan colorway.
Stay tuned for updates!
