Ahead of its arrival, Malaysia’s Vivo V80 Lite 5G variant has been listed for pre-orders.
The Vivo model will launch on September 3. To underscore, this is a different V80 Lite variant from the one that debuted in Pakistan and Bangladesh. That variant has a 7050mAh battery and is a rebadged Vivo S2, while the one coming to Malaysia is a different version with a bigger 10,000mAh cell.
Amid the wait for its arrival, Vivo has begun accepting pre-orders for the phone, prompting it to reveal the phone’s design. Unlike the S2-based model, this version has a square camera island design.
According to Vivo, it will be offered in 6GB/128GB, 6GB/256GB, and 8GB/256GB configurations. Its colorways, meanwhile, include Pink, Green, and Black.
The Vivo V80 Lite 5G Malaysian variant is also expected to arrive with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chip, a 10,000mAh battery, 44W charging, and Android 16.
