The Huawei Mate 90 series is finally official in China, offering fans five smartphone options.
The lineup basically includes the standard Huawei Mate 90, Huawei Mate 90 Pro, and Huawei Mate 90 Pro Max. However, there is also the Huawei Mate 90 RS Edition, which is based on the Pro Max model. There is also the Mate 90 Pro Max Collector’s Edition, which, needless to say, is also based on the Pro Max model. However, its main highlight is its unique support for the brand’s newly launched Ruiying Z10 teleconverter, which boasts up to 10x optical zoom and advanced macro photography.
The entire series also brings upgrades, including the new Kirin 9050 processors with enhanced CPU/GPU performance, better cameras, HarmonyOS 7, and larger batteries.
The vanilla model comes in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 12GB/1TB configurations, priced at CN¥5999 ($895), CN¥6999, and CN¥8499, respectively.
The Pro is available in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB options, priced at CN¥6999, CN¥7999, CN¥8499, and CN¥9999, respectively.
The regular Pro Max comes in 12GB/512GB and 16GB/512GB variants, which sell for CN¥9499 and CN¥9999, respectively. The Pro Max Collector’s Edition also comes in two variants: 16GB/512GB (CN¥10999) and 16GB/1TB (CN¥12999).
Ultimately, there’s the Huawei Mate 90 RS Ultimate Design, which starts at CN¥12999 ($1939).
The Collector’s Edition Pro Camera Kit, which includes the Ruiying Z10 teleconverter and other accessories, can be purchased for CN¥19,499 ($2,910).
