After some wait, the Vivo V80 has finally arrived in India.
The Vivo V70 successor arrives as an upper-midrange device designed for creators, reflecting its hefty videography capabilities.

To start, it boasts a ZEISS-armed camera system, which includes a 50MP Sony LYT 700V main camera with OIS and AF. It is joined with an 8MP ultrawide and a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom, while the front has a 50MP lens with AF for selfies. With this system, the phone can record 4K cinematic and 4K@60fps videos.
Moreover, the phone offers a 6.59” FHD+ 120Hz (up to 144Hz) AMOLED with 5000nits peak brightness, giving users clear vision when filming outdoors. Its light is kept on by a huge 7200mAh battery, which Vivo claims can last 39.5 hours of local video playback.
It also has IP68 and IP69 ratings, which should protect the unit from the elements during filming outdoors.
The Vivo V80 comes in Horizon Blue, Stellar Black, and Sunrise Anthem shades. Its configurations include 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 8GB/512GB, priced at ₹62,999 ($651), ₹69,999 ($724), and ₹79,999 ($827), respectively.
