The iQOO Neo 12 has finally debuted in China, and ticks all the boxes to impress smartphone fans and enthusiasts.
To start, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. It also houses a huge 9000mAh battery and supports 100W wired charging.
Its front features a 6.83” AMOLED with a 2K resolution and up to 185Hz refresh rate. There’s also a dedicated display chip for a smoother, sharper, and more fluid visual experience. To further improve the gaming performance of the display, Vivo included its in-house Q3 gaming chipset for ray tracing, 2K resolution upscaling, and frame-rate interpolation in select games.

The main highlight of the device is its built-in cooling fan with 59 blades for 10% higher airflow. iQOO also paired it with the 3D Ice Dome vapor chamber.
The iQOO Neo 12 is also pretty capable in the camera department, as proved by its sample shots. Its system is led by a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera with OIS, which is paired with an 8MP ultrawide. In front, a 16MP sensor handles selfies.
Other highlights of the phone include its ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, Android 17-based OriginOS 7, and IP68/69 ratings.
The iQOO 15 comes in Contender, Frost Blade Blue, and Shadow Black colorways. The phone is available in 12GB/256GB (CN¥4,199/$630), 12GB/512GB (CN¥4,899/$735), 16GB/256GB (CN¥4,599/$690), 16GB/512GB (CN¥5,299/$825), and 16GB/1TB (CN¥6,299/$945) configurations.
