A new certification leak reveals that Xiaomi will also rebrand the Poco F8 series as the Redmi K90 series. The tips also include some of the models’ details, including the specs of the K90 Pro.
The Redmi K90 series is launching in October. According to an earlier leak, the vanilla model has a 2510DRK44C model number and the codename “Annibale.” The Pro, meanwhile, is said to have a 25102RKBEC model number and the codename “Myron.” It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2.
A new leak corroborates those details, but it now comes with a certification that proves the said Redmi series will also be renamed with the Poco branding.
According to the leak, one of the models in the upcoming Poco series is a rebadged Redmi K90 model. That is reportedly the Poco F8 Pro with the 2510DPC44G model number and the same Annibale codename. It is allegedly coming with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
Meanwhile, the Redmi K90 Pro is going to be rebadged as the Poco F8 Ultra with the 25102PCBEG model number, Myron codename, and Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor.

Redmi Product Manager Xinxin Mia shared earlier that the next series will see a huge improvement in the camera section. This supports an earlier leak from Digital Chat Station, who claimed that the Redmi K90 Pro will have an upgraded camera. Instead of a regular telephoto, the K90 Pro allegedly comes with a 50MP (1/1.3″ OmniVision OV50Q) periscope unit, offering a large aperture and macro capabilities as well. It is reportedly also coming with a 6.59″ flat 2K 120Hz LTPS OLED.
DCS also corroborated in a recent post that the Redmi K90 Pro would indeed have a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip. The tipster also claimed that it would feature a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, a metal frame, dual speakers, and an X-axis linear motor.
