The Fairphone 6+ 5G is finally here, offering almost the same specs as its vanilla sibling.
That’s because the phone’s main changes are limited to its newer Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip (vs. Snapdragon 7s Gen 3) and higher 12GB of RAM (vs. 8GB). In other areas, the phone remains the same as the Fairphone 6.
On a more positive note, the phone still offers the modular design for easy home repairability. This covers its USB-C port, battery, display, back cover, and more. Even more, you get six major Android updates in the model.
Also, the Dutch-branded phone is set to launch in the US soon. While the model is available for €649 in Europe, US buyers can get it for $649.
