A new leak from China has sparked speculation that the Honor Win 2 series will arrive with a massive 12,000mAh battery.
In June, Honor unveiled the Honor X80 Pro Max with a huge 11,000mAh cell. Now, tipster Digital Chat Station says that the brand is already in a trial production for a battery with a rated capacity of 11790mAh. The said cell is likely to arrive with a typical value of 12000mAh±.
While DCS didn’t name the phone, fans believed it could be part of the upcoming Honor Win 2 lineup.
As per earlier reports, the lineup will feature three variants. The vanilla model is said to feature a larger flat 2K OLED measuring 6.89 inches, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and an 185Hz refresh rate. The phone is also expected to come with a new generation of active cooling fan. The major improvement is the alleged addition of the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip.
The series is also said to include a lower-spec version with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and a 1.5K-resolution display with an “ultra-high” refresh rate. The model was not named, but it could replace the Honor Win RT.
