The Honor Magic 8 Mini is reportedly not only compact but also features a thin body, similar to other Air models.
The Honor Magic 8 and Honor Magic 8 Pro are now in China. Soon, the lineup will welcome another model. Called the Magic 8 Mini, the device is designed to be a compact variant of the series. However, this is not the only highlight of the phone. According to a reliable tipster from China, the brand is also positioning it as an Air model, meaning it will have a thin body. The leaker noted that the handheld would measure between 5mm and 6mm. To compare, the iPhone 17 Air is 5.6 mm thick.
Inside, the phone will house the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. It also features a compact 6.3″ flat 1.5K LTPO display. Despite its size and thickness, the model comes with a 200MP main camera and a telephoto lens, although a 50MP 1/1.5″ lens is allegedly planned to replace the main unit. It also features a 5370mAh battery, which should be marketed as a 5500mAh± cell.
