Honor CEO Li Jian showcased the key highlights of the upcoming Honor Robot Phone at an AI event in China.
The AI smartphone has been featured in recent reports in the past few weeks, and one of the latest leaks says that it is now set for mass production. The brand seemingly affirmed this, with its own company executive showing off the phone in China. The official later posted the device, highlighting its camera, which features a retractable arm.
According to Li Jian, the device will feature AI interaction capabilities and high-definition camera imaging. This is not surprising, as the brand also teased these details through the clip materials it earlier shared, showing that the phone’s camera can interact independently with subjects. As per a tipster, it will challenge productivity-optimized devices with features that support live streaming and content creation.
The Honor Robot Phone is expected to make its debut at MWC Barcelona in March 2026. According to earlier reports, the brand already has a plan to put the phone into mass production, with some sources indicating it will debut in August 2026. A tipster corroborated this, noting that its manufacturing will start in the first half of 2026.
