New images showcasing the Honor Robot Phone have emerged online ahead of its alleged August 2026 launch.
The brand unveiled the device ahead of its rumored appearance at MWC Barcelona 2026. In the event, the company showed off several versions of the phone. One of them boasts the same look as the handheld advertised in the earlier clips shared by the company.
Despite its impressive performance in the clips, many doubted that it would come to fruition. Yet, several tipsters claimed that Honor actually plans to mass-produce the device. Now, well-known leaker Fixed Focus Digital revealed that the smartphone is now scheduled for a launch around August next year.
The Honor Robot Phone is expected to make its debut at MWC Barcelona in March 2026. The device is equipped with a camera that unfolds from its rear island module. The materials shared by the company suggest that the AI camera can operate independently, depending on the content it is capturing. It features an omnidirectional arm, enabling it to follow subjects with ease and flexibility. Interestingly, Honor suggests that it is also AI-powered and can interact with users by making nodding motions and even work as a baby monitor and a nanny.
