Honor Win series camera details leak

A new leak shares the alleged camera setup details of the upcoming Honor Win series.

The lineup is expected to feature the Honor Win and the Honor Win RT models. On December 26, the devices will be officially unveiled in China.

A day before the event, a tipster from China revealed the alleged camera specifications of the devices.

According to the tip, the vanilla model will feature a 50MP Sony LYT-700 main camera, complemented by a 12MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP Sony IMX856 telephoto unit with 3x optical zoom. The RT variant will also have the same primary and ultrawide units, but it will lack the telephoto. On a positive note, both phones are getting a 50MP selfie camera.

While the RT model won’t be as powerful as the other variant in the camera section, the series is expected to impress as game devices. To recall, the handhelds will feature a built-in 25,000 RPM cooling fan, which is said to be capable of directly cooling the chip’s heat source. The brand claims that it can reduce the handheld device’s temperature by 5.7℃, adding that it features intelligent operation.

The series will feature a 10,000mAh battery and IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings. The lineup is expected to feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, complemented by a C1+ RF enhancement chip, E2 power efficiency enhancement chip, LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage. We’ve also recently heard that the Honor Win will boast a 6.83″ flat screen with a 1.5K display. According to a tipster, the screen will also sport 1.4mm-thin bezels and 5000Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
