According to a reliable tipster, earlier rumors are true: the Huawei Mate 80 series has a version with an internal fan.
The lineup has been confirmed for a November 25 debut alongside the Mate X7. The Chinese brand also revealed the designs of the series models, confirming earlier reports about the circular camera island design. However, the images provided by the company don’t show the alleged camera module fan on any of the phones, upsetting some fans who were expecting the detail. Yet, Digital Chat Station says that Huawei has yet to announce this version.
According to him, there’s actually a version boasting an internal fan in the camera island. The company has allegedly tested the feature on the Mate 80 series already, with DCS noting that “the design is quite sophisticated.”
It is unknown when the Huawei Mate 80 series fan version will be announced, but DCS expressed confidence that engineering samples are already being tested. As per earlier reports, however, the Huawei Mate 80 RS is not getting the said feature.
