The Huawei Mate X7 will be available in five configurations and five color options at its launch on November 25.
The Huawei foldable will be introduced alongside the Huawei Mate 80 series in China. The Mate 80 models are now available for pre-order, allowing us to confirm their design, configuration, and color options. Likewise, the color options and configurations for the Huawei Mate X7 have also been confirmed.
The device will be available in five colors: Obsidian Black, Phantom Purple, Universe Red, Brocade Blue, and Brocade White. Its configurations include 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB, but there will also be a Collector’s Edition, which will arrive in 16GB/512GB, 16GB/1TB, and 20GB/1TB.
The phone is said to be thinner than its predecessor, but it has a larger battery (compared to the 5110mAh battery of the X6). Specifically, it is believed to measure 4.6mm when unfolded and 9.9mm when folded.
According to tips, the upcoming Mate model will sport a 7.95 “± 2K COE LTPO+ internal display. The company is also testing its camera, including 50MP 1/1.56″ and 50MP 1/1.3” lenses with variable apertures for the main camera. Additionally, the system reportedly features a 50MP periscope telephoto macro lens and a multi-spectral camera. It is also said to be using Huawei’s new generation chip, the Kirin 9030 SoC. Ultimately, the Huawei Mate X7 reportedly features a high waterproof protection rating and will be “ultra-light.” For comparison, the Mate X6 has an IPX8 rating and weighs 239 grams.
