Huawei showcased the Nova 15 Ultra’s design and all its colorways ahead of its upcoming debut.
The smartphone giant announced that the Huawei Nova 15 lineup will be officially unveiled on December 22 in China. The series includes the top-of-the-line Ultra model, which comes with a horizontal rectangular camera island. Inside, it features a dual-ring design, with one ring housing the lenses in a circular module.
The device is available in Vibrant Green, Versatile Purple, Zero-Degree White, and Phantom Black color options. Based on the images, the device could arrive with a metal frame.
The Huawei Nova 15 Ultra will launch alongside the Huawei Nova 15 and Huawei Nova 15 Pro, which are all now available for pre-orders in China.
According to rumors, the standard model will feature a 6.7″ 1.5K LTPO OLED. The Pro will also have the same details, except it will have a bigger 6.84″ display. Both models are rumored to come with a Kirin 8020 chip. The Ultra variant, meanwhile, could either sport a Kirin 9010S or a Kirin 9020A SoC. All three models of the series are said to house a 5700mAh battery.
The Nova 15 Ultra is expected to also offer the Red Maple lens in its camera system. It could offer a trio of cameras with a main camera boasting a variable aperture. The Pro, on the other hand, reportedly features a 50MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, an ultrawide lens, and a multispectral sensor. In front, it will have a dual selfie system with a 50MP + 8MP setup. The vanilla model, meanwhile, allegedly has a single 50MP selfie unit.
