Color variants of the Huawei Nova 16 series have leaked. Interestingly, the tip suggests that no Ultra model will be added to the lineup.
The Huawei Nova 15 series debuted in December last year with vanilla, Pro, and Ultra variants. Recent reports suggest that the next lineup is now in the works.
However, it seems the Chinese giant is changing the lineup’s naming. According to a post by tipster Fixed Focus Digital, the series will still include three models. While we still have the standard and Pro models, the third variant will instead be called Huawei Nova 16 Pro Max.
The colors of the three models were also tipped. According to the leak, the entire Nova 16 series will be available in plain black, white, and blue. Additionally, the vanilla and Pro will get gradient variants.
The news follows a leak about the top-tier variant of the series (the Huawei Nova 16 Ultra or Huawei Nova 16 Pro Max), which allegedly features a Kirin 9000-series chip, a 6.84″ 1.5K LTPO display, a 50MP 1/1.3″ main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto, and a 7000mAh battery.
