Huawei is testing these colors for the Mate 80 Pro series

A new leak revealed all the colorways Huawei is considering for the upcoming Mate 80 Pro series.

The Chinese giant is reportedly preparing the entire Mate 80 series for a launch tentatively set for November. In line with this, we’ve been hearing several leaks about the phones recently. We even saw some of the alleged components for the phones, including their back plates. Now, tipster Digital Chat Station shared what colors Huawei is planning for them.

According to DCS, the Huawei Mate 80 Pro prototype model is now being tested for black, white, gold, and cyan colorways. The Mate 80 Pro+ and Mate 80 RS models, on the other hand, are reportedly being considered for black, white, gold, purple, cyan, and silver options.

DCS also shared that the models will arrive with several accessories, including a plain leather protective case and a magnetic protective case.

The Mate 80 series reportedly has better power management and reduced power consumption. This complements an earlier leak saying that the series will use the Kirin 9030 chip, which should offer 20% better performance than its predecessor. The devices’ memory has also been upgraded. To recall, the Mate 70 has LPDDR5 RAM. As expected, the devices will also have AI, and they allegedly include “system-level AI analytics and services.”

In the camera department, on the other hand, is said to offer a variable aperture, upgraded zoom and flash, and a color temperature sensor. As per reports, the vanilla and Pro models will employ 50MP 1/1.5″ and 50MP 1/1.3″ main cameras. The Pro+ and RS models, on the other hand, are rumored to come with a 50MP 1/1.3″ SmartSens 590 sensor.
