iQOO 15 Mini reportedly canceled… again

Following a recent report that resurrected the alleged arrival of the iQOO 15 Mini, a new claim has emerged to counter it.

We first heard about the iQOO model months ago. However, it was later reported that the brand axed it. A leaker later shared that the device would be introduced in 2026. Yet, more reputable leaker Digital Chat Station stated in a recent post that “the project is currently suspended.” The tipster also explained that the decision was driven by the market’s “lukewarm” response to compact models. To that end, DCS noted that “two parent companies” are planning to release flagship models with large displays next year.

According to earlier reports, the iQOO 15 Mini was expected to debut with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, a metal frame, a 7000mAh battery, a 6.3-inch 1.5K display with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a built-in fan, and even gaming triggers.
