iQOO 15 Ultra debut reportedly postponed

The arrival timeline of the iQOO 15 Ultra remains unclear, as a new leak suggests that Vivo has further delayed its debut.

The iQOO 15 is now available on the market, and earlier reports suggested that the brand is working on an Ultra model. According to leaks, the device is in a pending state and is expected to arrive in the first half of 2026. However, when asked about the matter, well-known leaker Digital Chat Station shared with fans that the iQOO model “seems to have been delayed.” While its release next year might still be possible, the new rumor could mean that its original timeline plan will push it back further by months.

According to earlier reports, the handheld is believed coming with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a flagship independent graphics chip, a 6.85″ 2K LTPO OLED with Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide tech and in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a triple 50MP camera setup with a periscope unit with 3x optical zoom, a 7000mAh+ battery, 100W wired charging, an active cooling fan, gaming shoulder buttons, and wireless charging support. The iQOO 15 Ultra is also believed to prioritize productivity, which could mean it will be equipped with features like generative AI and more.
