iQOO 15T RAM, SoC, e-sports chip, cam, battery, other details confirmed

Days ahead of its launch, several key features of the iQOO 15T have been revealed.

The iQOO model is launching on May 20. As the day approaches, the brand has revealed more details about the phone.

After showcasing its design, iQOO is back to confirm that the handheld also features a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chip, LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage. According to the brand, the combination promises faster game loading and 50% faster application installation speed.

The device also houses the brand’s self-developed Q3 e-sports chip, enabling full-scene ray tracing, 2K super-resolution, and 2K+144FPS gaming in some games.

The brand also shared that it is equipped with the same 8K Ice Dome VC liquid-cooling system found in the iQOO 15. The brand claims the technology can deliver rapid cooling, achieving a 15°C drop in 10 seconds.

In the battery department, there is an 8000mAh cell with 100W charging support, while the camera section houses a 200MP main camera with CIPA 4.5 professional-grade stabilization and 4x lossless zoom.
