Lenovo Legion Y70 now official with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, vapor chamber, 8000mAh battery, more

The Lenovo Legion Y70 has arrived as the latest gaming-focused model in the market.

Lenovo is back to join the game, breaking its smartphone branding hiatus since the Y90 in 2022.

The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, which is complemented by up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

Inside, it also features an 8000mAh battery, enabling hour-long gaming sessions. It also supports 90W wired charging and bypass charging for continuous gaming. Moreover, to maintain optimal performance, it features a 5,500mm2 vapor chamber to reduce CPU temperature by 7°C.

In front, it has a 6.8″ 144Hz OLED with 7000nits peak brightness and a 32MP selfie camera. On the back, there’s a 50MP 1/1.56″ main camera, paired with an 8MP ultrawide unit.

The phone is available in Ice Soul White and Carbon Black colors. Its configurations include 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB. Pre-order is now available, starting at CN¥3,099.
