MediaTek introduced the new MediaTek Dimensity 1050, Dimensity 930 and Helio G99, which will power mid-range smartphones. MediaTek, which has achieved a significant rise with the Dimensity 9000, continues to develop new chipsets without slowing down. The Dimensity series chipsets it introduced provide a significant advantage over its competitors in terms of performance, efficiency and camera. To continue its rise, MediaTek today announced the new mid-range MediaTek Dimensity 1050, Dimensity 930 and Helio G99. These new chipsets come with significant improvements over their predecessors.
MediaTek Dimensity 1050 Specifications
The new MediaTek Dimensity 1050 is built on superior TSMC 6nm fabrication technology. This new chipset has 2x 2.5GHz Cortex-A78 and 6x 2.0GHz Cortex-A55 cores. On the GPU side, the 3-core Mali-G610 welcomes us. Coming with HyperEngine 5.0 Gaming technology, the new Dimensity 1050 will not disappoint you in terms of performance. This chipset, which supports high refresh rate displays up to 144 Hz in 1080P resolution, also supports LPDDR5 Memory and UFS 3.1 Storage standards. On the connection technologies side, Dimensity 1050 with Wifi-6E and mmWave will be fast, you will not have any problems while watching videos on Youtube, playing games or downloading any files. Finally, about this new chipset, the Dimensity 1050 with Imagiq 760 ISP, which allows camera sensors up to 108MP, can also record 4K@30FPS video.
MediaTek Dimensity 930 Specifications
This time we come to Dimensity 930. The new Dimensity 930 is produced with superior TSMC 6nm production technology and aims to offer excellent performance. The chipset with 2x 2.2GHz Cortex-A78 and 6x 2.0GHz Cortex-A55 cores comes with a new IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, which we encountered for the first time. Unfortunately, there is no detailed information about this graphics processing unit. We do not think that the Dimensity 930 will perform badly. In the future, the details of this chipset that will power mid-range devices will be revealed. Supporting LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1, the Dimensity 930 allows optional 108MP camera lenses to be used. MediaTek Helio G99 Specifications
