The Motorola G Max is now official in India, and it offers a different set of specs compared to its global counterpart.
To recall, the model was first introduced in Brazil back in June. The one in Brazil has a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chip, LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 2.2 storage, a 6.8″ 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED with an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 200MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, a 32MP selfie camera, a 5200mAh battery, 33W charging, and IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings + MIL-STD-810H. It debuted with a price tag of BRL 2,519.10, which is around $494.

Meanwhile, the version in India appears to be a downgraded version to make it more affordable in the market. For instance, it features a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chip, a 50MP main camera, and an LCD.
The Indian variant is also cheaper at ₹27,999 ($293). Sales will start on August 20.
