On July 4, Xiaomi released the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro alongside Xiaomi 12S series in China. The smartphones are only available in China, so it’s a good thing Xiaomi releases the Band 7 Pro to global markets.

Display
Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro features an OLED display, just like the previous Mi Band models, since the display is bigger and more rectangular, it is much better. The larger display makes it feel more like a smartwatch than a fitness tracker.
The display has a pixel density of 326 ppi and the display size measured at 1.64″. You can wake your Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro without tapping a button thanks to its always on mode. Band 7 Pro also offers the more than 180 different clockwatches.
Design & Battery
Xiaomi Band 7 Pro offers various strips and each strip can be removed independently, allowing you to combine different colors to create your own unique style. Here’s a demonstration video with different strips.
Heart rate and blood oxygen levels are continuously monitored by Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro. It will vibrate to let you know if it detects that your SpO2 levels are too low. It can track your sleep with the use of advanced sleep monitoring, the three phases of sleep: light sleep, deep sleep, and REM can also be tracked.
Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro packs a 235 mAh of battery. As Xiaomi advertises the full charge can last for 12 days at typical usage. Fully charging time is close to 1 hour.
GPS and more features
Xiaomi Smart Band has GPS with high accuracy. Additionally, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS location systems are supported.
When compared to wristbands without GPS, Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro can detect your workouts more precisely with the help of GPS. Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro has 17 different professional workout modes that use GPS. Previous Mi Band series never had a professional workout mode.
