A new leak circulating online shows the alleged Realme GT 8 Pro model. Interestingly, the render shows a different design from the ones we saw in earlier leaks.
The Realme GT 8 series pre-order is now open in China. However, the brand still hasn’t shared the design of the lineup models, leading to speculations and leaks. Weeks ago, a render showed the Pro model boasting a regular square-shaped camera island. Then, a recent leak shared an image of a live Realme device, which was believed to be the said variant. However, unlike the render, the live unit has a circular camera island.
Now, reputable leaker Digital Chat Station has joined the conversation to share another design that differs from the first two, further complicating the confusion. According to the image shared by DCS, the Realme GT 8 Pro will have an unconventional design, which will help it stand out from its predecessors and rivals. The module appears to be based on the conventional square-shaped island, but it has small hinge-like elements secured by bolts on both sides. These details and shapes complement the posters shared by the brand recently, suggesting this might really be the actual design of the model.
According to leaks, the GT 8 Pro would house the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, which will be complemented by Android 6-based Realme UI 6. It also reportedly contains a huge 7000mAh battery with support for 120W charging. It is also getting an upgraded 6.78″ AMOLED. From the 1.5K 120Hz of its predecessor, the phone is rumored to get a 2K 165Hz flat display. Ultimately, the phone also welcomes an upgrade in its camera department. Its 50MP main camera will now be joined by a 50MP ultrawide and a 200MP telephoto.
