Official teases Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design

The Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design is expected to arrive soon, as suggested by a recent teaser from a brand official in China. 

The Magic 8 series debuted in October 2025. Soon, the lineup will be joined by new variants, including the Honor Magic 8 Pro Air and the Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design. The existence of both models was recently confirmed by officials, with the latter being put under test in China. In a post on Weibo, Honor R&D engineer @HonorCaoGong used the device to post on the platform, confirming its moniker. 

According to leaks, the Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design would feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a 6.71″ 1.5K LTPO display with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a 7200mAh± battery, 120W wired charging, wireless charging support, and IP68/IP69/IP69K ratings. The handheld is expected to arrive before China’s Spring Festival.
