The OnePlus 13s is now available in a 16GB/512GB configuration in India.
The phone was launched in the country back in June 2025. It was originally only available in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB configurations.
Now, the brand has introduced a higher configuration variant of the model.
The 16GB RAM is available via Amazon India and OnePlus India. Priced at ₹68,999 ($722), it comes in Black Velvet and Green Silk shades.
As for its specs, it offers the same details as the other configurations, such as:
