A brand executive shared that the OnePlus 15T will feature the highest dust- and water-resistance rating.
The phone’s teaser has recently commenced. OnePlus China President Li Jie earlier showcased the device’s front design, which features ultra-thin 1.xx mm bezels. It was compared to what seems to be an iPhone 17 Pro, underscoring how comparatively thin the upcoming phone’s bezels are.
Now, the official is back to share that the compact model will also offer premium protection. In addition to IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, Li Jie also confirmed that an IP69K rating would be available. This means it offers complete protection against dust (6) and resistance to high-pressure, high-temperature water jets (9K). It can also withstand close-range, high-pressure, and even hot-water cleaning.
