OnePlus China President Li Jie has confirmed that the OnePlus Ace 7 series is equipped with a dual airflow feature for its built-in cooling fan.
The news follows an earlier revelation of the brand about the series’ design, which features a square camera island. The main highlight of its look is its two airflow vents located at the bottom and left sides of the module.

Following an earlier leak, the brand’s executive has now detailed the feature. According to Li Jie, the phone indeed has dual airflow: one targeting the chip and one targeting the back of the phone. The executive underscored that the vents are strategically placed to prevent the user’s fingers from blocking the air.

As per earlier reports, the OnePlus Ace 7 will be marketed as the OnePlus 16R in India. Rumors say its battery will be around 9000mAh, paired with a charging speed of around 100W, with an earlier claim saying it could reach up to 120W. The phone is also said to come with a 6.78″ flat 1.5K 185Hz LTPS OLED display and a 16MP selfie camera. Its back will sport a 200MP main camera, and its system is also said to likely include a 50MP JN5 periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.
The OnePlus Ace 7 Pro, on the other hand, reportedly features a 200MP main camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto offering 3.5x optical zoom. It is also expected to offer a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, and will have the same battery capacity, display, and camera details as its vanilla sibling.
