Oppo Find N6 specs, thickness tipped

Key specifications of the anticipated Oppo Find N6 model have been tipped. The phone is also expected to be thinner and lighter than its predecessor.

According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the phone will be armed with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, which also powers the new OnePlus 15. The screen sizes, nonetheless, will still be similar to those of its predecessor: 8.1″ folding and 6.6″ external displays.

In the battery department, the phone features a larger battery than its predecessor. According to reports, the Find N5’s 5,600mAh battery is allegedly being upgraded to around 6,000mAh and will also feature wireless charging support.

As usual, the device will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for authentication, like other foldables, albeit with “customizable buttons.” Meanwhile, in the camera section, there’s allegedly a 50MP Sony Lytia LYT-808 1/1.4″ main camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The phone is also said to feature high water resistance protection. To recall, the Find N5 has IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9 ratings.

Ultimately, the phone is allegedly thinner than an “Ultra” phone that is not specified in the tip. Yet, according to the leak, it will be “thinner and lighter than a traditional foldable phone.” To recall, its predecessor is 8.93mm thick when folded and 4.21mm thick when unfolded and weighs 229g.
