A tipster shared the alleged market release and key details of the upcoming Oppo Find X9s model.
Chinese manufacturers usually offer their special models exclusively in their domestic market, China. However, leaker account Experience More claims that the S variant of the Find X9 series won’t actually be offered in China. Instead, the phone will allegedly target the global market, including India.
The leaker noted that the phone is a “downgraded” version of China’s Oppo Find X9. The account also claimed that the device would feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9500, a 6.59″ flat 1.5K display, a triple camera setup (50MP main + 50MP ultrawide + 50MP periscope telephoto), a 32MP selfie camera, a 7025mAh battery, and 100W charging support. As per earlier reports, it is also expected to arrive in the second quarter with an IP69 rating, a metal frame, Android 16-based ColorOS 16, and three color options (Titanium, Orange, and Blue).
To recall, the vanilla Oppo Find X9 features the following:
- MediaTek Dimensity 9500
- LPDDR5X RAM
- UFS 4.1 storage
- 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB
- 6.59″ flat FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED with under-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner
- 50MP f/1.6 23mm main camera with OIS + 50MP f/2.0 15mm 120° ultrawide with AF + 50MP f/2.6 73mm telephoto with OIS and 3x optical zoom
- 32MP selfie camera
- 7025mAh battery
- 80W wired + 50W wireless + 10W reverse charging
- ColorOS 16
- Chasing Light Red, Velvet Titanium, Frosty White, and Fog Black
The phone is said to differ from the earlier-rumored Oppo Find X9s Pro, which is a compact model. Unlike the other variant, it is armed with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 (9500+ in some reports) chip, a 6.3″ 1.5K 120Hz OLED with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, a 200MP main camera, a 200MP periscope telephoto, a 50MP selfie camera, and a 7000mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
