Oppo Find X9s, X9s Pro, X9 Ultra now official

After the long wait, Oppo has finally unveiled the Oppo Find X9s, Oppo Find X9s Pro, and Oppo Find X9 Ultra.

It is important to note, however, that phone availability varies. The global market gets the S model, while the X9s Pro is exclusive to China. Meanwhile, though the Ultra variant’s debut is limited to China this week, the brand is expected to expand its reach to other markets globally soon.

The two S series models share some details, including a huge 7025mAh battery with 80W charging. Both also have a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, but the X9s has the 9500s variant of the SoC.

On the other hand, the Ultra model is the star of the unveiling event. Serving as the series’ top-of-the-line model, it boasts a flagship camera system, which includes a 200MP 1/1.12″ Sony LYT-901 main camera with OIS, a 200MP OmniVision OV52A periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP Samsung JNL periscope telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom and sensor shift optical stabilization.

Software-wise, the Ultra phone also impresses, thanks to its 50MP JPEG MAX, 50MP RAW MAX, improved Hasselblad Master Mode, 16-bit max color depth, Hasselblad XPAN mode, 4K 120fps, 8K 30fps video, O-Log2 Log, and more. It also supports the Oppo Hasselblad 300mm Explorer Teleconverter attachment.

The device also offers top-notch details in other areas, including a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage, a NetworkBoost Chip S1, a 3168 x 1440px 144Hz AMOLED with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a 7050mAh battery with 100W charging, IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings.
