POCO X5 series
POCO X5 and POCO X5 Pro will be released among POCO X5 series in India. As usual, POCO is about to introduce another budget friendly smartphone. Although they have not yet fully announced specifications of smartphones officially, we assume that the POCO X5 series is basically a rebrand.
POCO X5 is the rebrand of Redmi Note 12 5G and POCO X5 Pro is the rebranded version of Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed.
Both POCO X5 and POCO X5 Pro are powerful enough for daily tasks, they’re both powered by Snapdragon chipset. Redmi Note 12 is powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 and Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition is powered by Snapdragon 778G and this chipset is used on many phones such as Nothing Phone 1, Xiaomi 12 Lite, Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G NE and Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed (POCO X5 Pro).
The base variant of Redmi Note 12 (4 GB RAM / 128 GB storage) launched at INR 17,999($218) in India. We expect POCO X5’s price to be lower than that. Here are the expected specifications of POCO X5 and X5 Pro.
