Poco accidentally shares X8 series configs, design, colors, prices ahead of debut

Xiaomi inadvertently posted the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max on its official page in Europe ahead of their official launch. 

The Poco X8 series is expected to arrive soon. While we are still waiting for the brand’s announcement, the phones made a surprise appearance on Xiaomi’s website in the Netherlands. However, the premature listing was immediately removed.

Thankfully, several screenshots were taken before the page was taken down. According to the listings, the Poco X8 Pro comes in 8GB/256GB, 8GB/512GB, and 12GB/512GB, priced at €399.90, €449.90, and €479.90, respectively. Meanwhile, the Pro Max is available in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB, priced at €529.90 and €579.90, respectively.

The listings seemingly used the same photos for the phones, which showed a vertical pill-shaped island with two circular camera cutouts. The images also revealed that color options would include white, black, and mint green.

The images affirm speculations that the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max are based on the Redmi Turbo 5 and Turbo 5 Max, which debuted in China last month. As such, the Poco models could adopt the same details as their Redmi counterparts. However, according to the HyperOS 3 code, the Pro model houses a smaller 6500mAh battery, while the Pro Max has an 8500mAh cell. In terms of charging, both support 100W.
