Details of the main and telephoto cameras of the Realme 17 Pro+ have emerged, and it might disappoint some fans.
The Realme 17 Pro series is expected to launch in the second half of the year, if the brand’s release patterns are observed. To recall, the company introduces two series a year. Since the Realme 16 Pro series was introduced in January, the next one might arrive in July or later.
In line with this, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station discussed an unnamed device online. While he didn’t specify the phone’s moniker, it is believed to be the Realme 17 Pro+.
According to DCS, the phone’s design is already final. No photo was shared by the tipster, but we expect a new twist to the series. To recall, Realme is known for debuting unique design concepts in its flagship series, from glow-in-the-dark designs to modular styles.
Yet, the main highlight of the post is the camera details of the handheld. According to DCS, the Pro+ model will feature a 200MP Samsung HP5 main camera and a 50MP Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto camera that supports 3.5x optical zoom.
While these lenses are impressive, it is important to note that they are the same cameras found in the Realme 16 Pro+. Yet, we still recommend taking things with a pinch of salt, since we are still months away from the lineup’s debut and details can still change.
