After confirming that the Realme GT 8 Pro is armed with the Ricoh tech, Realme has now shared some sample photos of the phone to underscore its powerful camera system.
Earlier this week, Realme announced its partnership with Japan’s Ricoh. Despite the plan taking four years to finalize, the Chinese smartphone maker promised that its upcoming devices would now be more capable in the camera department. The company also underscored that the team-up resulted in the creation of the perfect smartphone model for street photography: the GT 8 Pro.
Now, the company has released some photos taken using the said device to prove that:
According to the company, Ricoh’s touch covered both the hardware and software sections of the camera system. This includes the added Ricoh GR standard anti-glare in the main camera and the five built-in classic film tones in the system.
According to earlier reports, the Realme GT 8 Pro will also feature a flat 2K 144Hz 10bit LTPO BOE OLED, a 7000mAh battery, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, an R1 gaming graphics chip, Android 16-based Realme UI 6, and 120W charging. It is also expected to arrive with an IP69 rating, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, better haptics, and a trio of camera lenses (50MP LYT-808 1/1.4″ main camera with OIS + 50MP JN5 ultrawide + 200MP 1/1.56″ HP5 periscope telephoto with telemacro).
