Redmi 10A launched officially in Nigerian market

Redmi 10A has already been launched in some selected countries over the globe. It’s a budget-oriented smartphone succeeding the past Redmi 9A, which was one of the best selling smartphone of the brand. It does offer some quite good set of specifications like a dual rear camera setup, support for a physical fingerprint scanner, a comparatively good display and more. The device was launched alongside the Redmi 10 2022 smartphone.

The budget-oriented Redmi 10A device flaunts a classic 6.53-inches IPS LCD display with HD+ 720*1080 pixel resolution, standard 60Hz refresh rate and waterdrop notch cutout. It is powered by the same MediaTek Helio G25, which was used earlier in the Redmi 9A. The device comes with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage options. It will boot up on Android 11 based MIUI skin right out of the box.

It has a dual rear camera setup with a primary 13-megapixel sensor and a secondary 2-megapixel depth sensor. A 5-megapixel front-facing selfie camera is housed in a waterdrop notch cutout. The camera has software-based features like pro mode, portrait mode, AI mode, and many more. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery and comes with a 10W standard charger right out of the box. It also has physical fingerprint scanner support, which is located on the smartphone’s back panel.

The smartphone was launched in the country with the goal of providing access to a smartphone to a group of people with limited financial resources. It is available in three RAM and storage configurations: 2GB+32GB, 3GB+64GB, and 4GB+128GB. The price ranges from NGN 57,800 (USD140) to NGN 77,800 (USD 188). The device will be available in all official retail stores and partners across the country.
