Reputable leaker Digital Chat Station hinted at the Redmi K100 Pro Max’s alleged price point.
The Redmi model is now in the works. According to an earlier report, the device will get a camera upgrade by getting a new 200MP lens, either in the main camera or the telephoto. Sadly, it is believed to be using the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC as the Redmi K90 Pro Max.
DCS also suggested that the model will start at the same current price range as the K90 Pro Max. To recall, the model debuted at a base price of CN¥3999 for the 12GB/256GB configuration. It was later slapped with a price hike in China, where it now starts at CN¥4199. As such, it means the next Redmi K100 Pro Max could also start at the same price. Yet, it could still cost more, as an earlier report says that the phone will get a $145 (CN¥992) price increase.
