Redmi K90 Ultra price segment confirmed ahead of debut this month

Xiaomi has started teasing the Redmi K90 Ultra in China. In line with this, several details about the phone have surfaced.

The news follows several leaks about the phone, which was originally expected to arrive in February. Thankfully, the brand has finally announced the phone’s upcoming launch, though the exact date has yet to be revealed. 

While the details of the phone remain under wraps, Xiaomi’s Lu Weibing shared that the phone will still join the CN¥3000 segment. To recall, the Remi K80 Ultra debuted at a base price of CN¥2,599, with its top-of-the-line variant costing CN¥3,799.

Meanwhile, leaks say that the Redmi model will feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 100W wired charging, an 8500mAh battery, a built-in active cooling fan, a 1.5K OLED with an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and IP68/IP69 ratings.
